The Alarming Parallels We Can’t Ignore

I was closing out my notes and noticed my previous text was incomplete—so here’s the rest of that thought:

Elon Musk is treating the federal government like Twitter—take it over, fire 80% of the workforce, and expect extremely high productivity and 80-hour work weeks from those who remain. And to what end? X (formerly Twitter) has become a cesspool of hate and dis/misinformation—and now, so is our federal government.

The Battle for Truth in an Age of Disinformation

Thank you for taking the time to read this—I know it’s a lot. But I feel desperate to reveal facts and reality to friends who seem trapped in an echo chamber of dis/misinformation. You might accuse me of the same, but I believe I am well-informed, applying common sense and critical thinking to everything coming at us.

In the end, real-life consequences will reveal the actual truth. Have you seen the growing FAFO (F**k Around and Find Out) videos? Or the #MAGAregrets videos, where people are finally realizing the consequences of blindly following the “America First” narrative?

Trump’s True Motivations

1. To Stay Out of Jail – Any other person with his blatant corruption and lawlessness would have been convicted by now. This isn’t “weaponized government”; it’s holding even a former president accountable for clearly breaking the law.
   • Top Secret documents stored at Mar-a-Lago—refusing to return them? For what purpose? $$$$$
2. Money & Grifting – Trump is the greatest grifter of all time. Watch his wealth explode while in office. The White House has become a tool for his personal enrichment.
3. Power – The U.S. President is often called "the most powerful man on Earth"—and Trump is exploiting that title to the fullest.

But as the Bible tells us: greed and power are insatiable. We are watching it unfold in real-time.

History’s Warning Signs

Be careful what side of history you find yourself on. If you’re not MAGA, you’re “the enemy within”—which means roughly 50% of Americans are now being villainized. No other President has been more divisive or more openly hostile toward anyone who opposes him.

Trump’s rhetoric is filled with scary word salad—calling his opponents:

• “Communists, Marxists, fascists, and radical left thugs”
• Saying they “live like vermin” within our country

Does this not sound eerily familiar? If you don’t recognize this language as coming straight out of the Nazi playbook, I urge you to watch this:

In high school, we learned about WWII and asked how an entire population (the “Pure Germans”) could go along with the extermination of “The Other”—Jews, homosexuals, disabled individuals (often called “invalids” in that context), Romani people, political dissidents, and anyone deemed "undesirable."

We always assumed it could never happen in the U.S.—but look around. It’s happening right before our eyes.

The Erosion of Our Freedoms

• 1st Amendment: Freedom of the Press & Religion – Any criticism of Trump is “fake news”, “the enemy of the people”—and will be punished.
• J6 Pardons – Trump has normalized political violence—as long as it comes from the right.
• Dehumanizing Immigrants – He calls brown immigrants “vermin” who are "poisoning the blood of our nation." Sound familiar?

If you don’t recognize these patterns as echoes of the 1930s, I suggest you revisit how WWII came about.
